The conversion of a Grade II listed Civic Court in Derby into 52 new apartments is nearing completion on site. Built in 1912 and located the in the ‘City Centre Conservation Area’ the building is arranged over 6-Storeys and fulfilled a number of civic functions through the 20th century. Brick have provided full architectural service and overseen site works for the conversion.
