Brick Architects have just submitted proposals to the council for a new 81 apartment building sited on a vacant and run-down urban infill site in Leicester City Centre.

The architectural design draws on local industrial buildings, predominantly of red brick Victorian heritage, and the proposals seek to transform a prominent corner site that is currently derelict, overgrown and unattractive.
