One St John

One St John is a new apartment block in a prime location that overlooks Lords Cricket Ground. Brick was employed to assist with the detailed design of the new swimming pool, sauna, and jacuzzi facilities, and also communal areas such as the entrance foyer, circulation spaces, and a communal library room. Each of these spaces features marble-clad walls and floors.

Brick also provided full architectural services for the redesign and merging of 5 existing apartments, across a single floor, into 3 new expansive units. We undertook both the layout and detailed design stages and coordinated the construction phase, providing a high-end interior design packages - including book-match marble tiling and bathroom joinery, for all of the bathrooms in the apartment block.
